Tama Dyna-Sync Twin Pedal with direct drive provides a unique benefit – immediate energy conversion and accelerated beater movement with perfect balance and alignment of three critical performance elements: Power–Speed–Feel. The direct drive linkage, drive cam and drive/footboard connection angle are three critical design components of this pedal. Artist collaboration allowed Tama to master subtle mechanical relationships and angle alignments, which ultimately led to the Dynamic Synchronization System that overcomes feel and power challenges inherent in some other direct drive pedals.
